Working offline

Open Via online before field work, select the correct organization and download required references. The app keeps prepared work data in encrypted local storage. Captures and editable drafts remain on the device until synchronization.

The queue distinguishes pending, synchronized and conflicted records. Unique operation keys prevent duplicate posting on retry. Structured conflicts require an explicit resolution.

Local data

Do not clear website data or use private browsing while records are pending. Unsynchronized data does not move to another device automatically.
