Lots and processing

Lots identify physical quantities. Merging, splitting and processing create traceable relationships between input and output lots.

1. Select process, facility and time.
2. Add input lots with each consumed quantity.
3. Add one or more output lots with each produced quantity.
4. Review yield, process loss and remaining input inventory.
5. Save only when the balance is operationally plausible.

Drying or cleaning can reduce output. Output must not exceed input without an explained source. Concurrent duplicate submissions and unavailable quantities are blocked.

Units represent bags, boxes or other physical items. QR codes identify them while product, lot, status and inventory remain connected.
