Harvest and field capture

A harvest links a specific plot version and crop to a period. Weighings represent the quantity actually received.

Mobile capture

Field capture supports new and existing origins as well as existing harvests. References are prepared in encrypted local storage. Editable drafts, GPS or GeoJSON boundaries, quantities and scanned units can be recorded offline.

1. Download the required reference data before field work.
2. Select or capture cooperative, producer, plot and harvest.
3. Record weighings and units as required.
4. Review local quantity reconciliation.
5. Synchronize with a stable connection and resolve displayed conflicts deliberately.

Corrections do not silently replace posted quantities. They reference the original event and adjust its difference transparently.
