Sign-in and organization

Open app.via.supply and sign in through Auth0. Accept an invitation or create an organization if authorized. Check the active organization in the account menu before entering data because all business records are tenant-specific.

Organization and team

Maintain master data under Settings → Organization, invite members under Team, and bundle permissions under Roles. Navigation and API access use the same permissions.

Each organization manages its own catalogue under Products. Supported forms allow missing products to be created without leaving the current workflow.

Personal accounts

Use one account per person so that audit entries and corrections remain attributable.
